Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Creative Hearts 2020 does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Because many of our items are custom-made, personalized, or created to order, all purchases are considered final once an order is placed.

Please review all product details, sizing information, spelling, customization selections, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

All sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at info@creativehearts2020.com

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging when applicable. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Reporting a damaged, defective, or incorrect item does not automatically qualify an order for a refund. Each issue will be reviewed individually, and Creative Hearts 2020 will determine the appropriate resolution.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you notice an error in your order, contact us immediately at info@creativehearts2020.com and we will determine whether a change can still be made.

Shipping Delays

Shipping carrier delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for a refund. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Creative Hearts 2020's control.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
